Refund policy

Exchanges:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and the issue.

  • Once we approve the exchange, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item and send out your replacement.

Returns:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is handmade and unique.
