Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Availability, session inclusions, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions will be provided before you book.

Access and support

Please discuss access and assistance requirements before booking. Participants with a valid Companion Card may bring a support worker or carer free of charge. They attend to provide support and will not make a separate candle of their own.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please contact meltandmuse@outlook.com to discuss changes. The cancellation and rescheduling terms for your chosen session will be supplied before payment.
